The OG of US Cider

Jeffrey House started importing Taunton’s Dry Blackthorn cider in keg and bottle in 1983 and distributed it to several states for 10 years before Miller/ Molson took over the import rights and partially ruined the brand.House then supplied the British and Irish pubs with Inch’s Stonehouse cider on draft. In 1993, he started the first cider brand in the Western states ACE. The original cider pub and garden , the Ace- in- the-Hole was opened in Sebastopol, California in 1999. House went on to introduce the World’s first pineapple and pumpkin ciders. House has been working in the cider industry now for over 42 years, he’s without doubt the OG of US cider and the Cider King !
